The story, mission, and values behind Lightning Machines.
We are the Lightning Machines! This is our second year participating in FTC. We are a team of passionate students who enjoy combining engineering, programming, creativity, and teamwork to design and build innovative robots.
During our first year, we gained valuable experience in every aspect of FTC, from designing and building our robot to programming, troubleshooting, and presenting our engineering process. We competed in two FTC competitions, where we were proud to place fourth in the Robot Competition and earn the 2nd Place Think Award.
As we enter our second season, we are excited to build on what we learned and challenge ourselves to become better engineers, programmers, and teammates. Our goal is not only to build a competitive robot, but also to learn from every challenge, support our community, and inspire others to explore STEM.
